Just a friendly reminder for buyers to be cautious when purchasing from this seller. I bought an iPhone for $272, and the tracking showed it was delivered, but we never actually received the package. I checked with everyone in my house and even neighbors, and no one saw it.

I contacted the seller multiple times, but they kept repeating that the package was delivered without helping look into it. Swappa support told me to contact local authorities, (yes seriously) and PayPal closed the case in favor of the seller since the tracking shows “delivered.” Delivered where though? Who received it? Was there a signature? Any photo showing where it was left? None of that was provided.

Just sharing my experience so others are aware. Personally, I’d rather pay a little more and buy from Amazon or other retailers with better customer protection.

Item was received as described, all the pictured accessories were present as well. Well packaged in a sturdy box with bubble wrap. Shipping was slightly delayed, weather-related, seller initiated shipping in a timely manner. Would definitely buy from the seller again.
