Horrible I was lied to about the condition of the iPhone 6 I purchased. Yes the phone works, but it was listed under an "8/10" condition and it was dinged and nicked and scratched all around the edges and the glass in the camera lenses was even broken. Horrible seller and completely lied about the phones condition.

The seller was quite helpful as I got an iphone which was showing a 'plug to itunes' icon. I tried updating/restoring few times but to no avail. The seller instructed me to try it again and i was able to run it successfully. Morover it had a 30 day seller return warranty but it wasn't required.

We buy and sell used smartphones. Our goal is to provide our customers with quality second hand devices.

All devices are tested using industry leading software and results are stored in our database for record keeping along with Serial Number/IMEIs. Devices go through a 45 point inspection process to ensure all functions are performing as intended.

If there is an issue for any reason please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the problem. We offer a 30 day warranty on all of our items.

Shipping Policies


Orders will only ship to the address provided during checkout. Order cancellations are subject to a 3.49% + $0.49 fee for domestic payments and 5% for international payments. Returns for a refund are subject to a 10% restocking fee or $15, whichever is greater.

Orders received Mon - Fri by 2pm EST will typically ship out the same day via USPS First Class Mail 3-5 days. All other orders will ship out the following business day.

Upgrade to USPS Priority 2-3 day for an additional $10. Guaranteed 2 Day Delivery (Business Days) via FedEx available for an additional $25. Send us a message in the sale comments page after purchase to request upgraded shipping option.

Return & Refund Policies


Order cancellations are subject to a 3.49% + $0.49 fee for domestic payments and 5% for international payments. Returns for a refund are subject to a 10% restocking fee or $15, whichever is greater.

Any device received damaged must be reported within 3 days of receipt. Damage reported after this time will be assumed by the buyer and the device will no longer be eligible for return.

Returns for a refund are accepted within 14 days from the date of delivery and a 10% restocking fee or minimum $15 will be applied. 30% restocking fee applies to new items returned opened.

We offer a 30 day warranty on all of our items. We will repair/replace any defective device within 30 days from the date of delivery. Please contact us immediately if the device is found to be defective. Any unauthorized repairs done after the device is received without prior permission from the seller will void any warranty.

In the event we are unable to repair/replace the device, a refund will be issued.

The IMEI/serial number will be provided through Swappa messages before shipping. Returns will not be accepted if the IMEI does not match.

Any claims for non-receipt of item will result in the IMEI being reported as lost/stolen and blacklisted. We will also report any fraudulent activity to the proper authorities including our local and the offender's police department, PayPal, Swappa, United States Postal Service and the Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3).

We reserve the right to charge up to a 50% restocking fee for devices not returned in their original condition.
