Phone arrived and is in mint condition. Everything is good

Speaker on the phone does not work. Will likely return it, hopefully that process is smooth.

Sent the wrong phone altogether. Tried to claim it was the correct phone and would not admit the mistake or apologize for it. Tried to get away with me paying the postage to return the item. I had to ask to send postage stamp to return. A very bad experience both of the sale and of the service.
