Device was not unlocked as advertised, but was able to return for a full refund.

I ordered 3 phones but only 2 worked. Still haven't been able to get a response from this seller.

Update** Got a response but it was after about 5 days and it was Swappa that respond first. The actual seller contacted me after about 7 days. Full disclosure 2 of them were a weekend. Once they actually responded they tried to get me to do some trouble shooting but the item needed to be returned. They sent the return label and so far it has been good interaction once I actually got a response. Just waiting for a refund.

the packaging was not ideal, the phone was shaking around the entire time it was shipped inside the box. So far we have not noticed any problems, but I would suggest you package better in the future.
