Phone was not unlocked as advertised. Seller allowed a return, but I worked with the carrier to resolve the issue as the seller could not.

My phone seemed like it was good condition when it came but I noticed the screen stopped working on the left side and people couldn’t hear me when I would talk unless it’s on speaker phone.

The device arrived nine days after purchase and I discovered the front facing speaker was not fully functional, however everything else was as advertised therefore I opted to avoid the solution process as I've already invested too much time and resources into it.

The camera does not work, but the rest of the phone works fine.

We did not receive an unlocked phone which was advertised. The phone was still under a payment plan. But the seller was very good about returns. They paid for return shipping and promptly gave us a refund.

Only issue was delivery. A signature was required, which was fine, but the package kept being delivered between 11 and 3, a time in which I would never be home due to work. I tried to ask Fed Ex to hold it at the building for me to come in person and sign after work, but they were unable to due to the shipper's rules. This made it really difficult for me to receive the package without missing work.
