This seller sold me a phone that has an outstanding balance on it and I am trying to trade it in but cannot. AT&T told me that this phone has a financial obligation attached to it and will not unlock the phone for me to trade it in. I am extremely upset with this seller for not doing their due diligence and making me aware of this as a customer. Never would have purchased a phone from them if I knew this was the case.
This device sadly has a very intermittent display problem where it receives ghost touches and the whole phone goes crazy opening apps and entering random text. Every few days the phone needs to be hard-reset in order to function normally again. We initially just thought it was the screen protector; but looking around online this appears to be a common problem with some iPhoneX displays. I'm guessing this is the reason the phone was put up for sale in the 1st place.
Seller has listing but has no product, what is wrong with that? I am needing a product for a customer, they list, but have nothing to sell....ugh!!!!!

PLEASE READ! I am extremely disappointed with this seller I ordered an iphone 7 plus 256 gb in rose gold on Friday May 15th, and almost a week later on Thursday I still hadn't been updated on the shipping, so I commented wondering when it would be shipped. They responded saying that there was a glitch in the system and that my order could not be retrieved and processed, so they refunded my money. I am concerned that if I didn't reach out, they would have never refunded me since I didn't get a refund until I asked when it would be shipped. I am still confused how I was able to purchase the listing and pay them hundreds of dollars, just so apparently they can't sell it to me. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM IT IS VERY SKETCHY update: they said that their inventory had an issue, maybe ask the seller if it's actually in stock(ridiculous)
Be careful with this seller , the item they send despite all the exhaust inspection they said they do, the iphone was not right , do to the COVID-19 crisis plus the item I was sent to my niece in Colombia . Also We notice the problem prior to warranty expires , I contact but I was unable to bring the iphone back to USA in time . They never bather again after second contact with me .
I ordered an unlocked iPhone 8. When the phone arrived, it was locked, as was confirmed by Apple and Cricket. It took over 3 weeks to get a refund. I cannot recommend this seller.
Funny way of running business
Sold me a black Verizon phone and I bought a grey AT&T phone!!!
The battery on this does not stay charged! Goes from 30% to 1% in five minutes I’m not happy
