I ordered 3 phones but only 2 worked. Still haven't been able to get a response from this seller.

Update** Got a response but it was after about 5 days and it was Swappa that respond first. The actual seller contacted me after about 7 days. Full disclosure 2 of them were a weekend. Once they actually responded they tried to get me to do some trouble shooting but the item needed to be returned. They sent the return label and so far it has been good interaction once I actually got a response. Just waiting for a refund.

the packaging was not ideal, the phone was shaking around the entire time it was shipped inside the box. So far we have not noticed any problems, but I would suggest you package better in the future.

screen is a little bit lifted which was not stated on the description but overall good phone!

Had some trouble with getting the package from USPS but otherwise good.

The phone I got from this seller was sourced from a refurbisher called MyWit, which operates their own separate website if you want to check that out. While that company claims they do extrememly extensive testing, unfortunately I still had problems with the iphone 7 I bought and had to return it. The phone was in great physical condition but it would repeatedly crash and go to a black screen with the spinning wheel of death. I looked into this problem extensively online, and made sure I had the latest iOS but it still crashed every hour even after updating. After doing some research, this can happen if a phone was jailbroken in the past or if there's malfunctioning hardware. So I don't think their testing is as thorough as it should be, they probably mainly focus on if the buttons work and if the antennas receive a signal, not if the phone functions smoothly once activated or if it was ever jailbroken by a previous owner. Nevertheless, I was given a full refund so no issues there.

As ordered

The seller was kind enough to honor the agreement so that I could return the phone. I was abit disappointed that I bought this phone in mint condition and it had the 60+ point check but the sound from the speaker was poor and drowning. I ended up returning the phone for a full refund. I was just abit surprised that a phone that had undergone so many checks was still not working.

I placed an order, and was delivered an incorrect product. They gave me a shipping label and I mailed it back the next day. I was refunded in full about 5 days later. I will not give a negative review, but this was certainly an annoying experience to say the least.
