Shipping was ok. The phone we received was not what we ordered. We ordered a silver iPhone and receive a gold. Aka rose gold (if you know iPhone 8 colors). Which isn’t a big deal luckily the phone was for a girl. Will be watching ATT to make sure the phone isn’t stolen or locked and hopefully the warrant will still apply to this phone..

This phone is overheating and we would like to send it back for a refund. We have already sourced a replacement, just would like our money back, no hard feelings.

I received the correct GB but wrong color phone (ordered silver, box says silver, phone inside is white). Not worth the hassle to return since I was ordering for more storage space.

Took too long to ship, and when asked, they refunded me. Had to resubmit payment.

Battery health at 80%, wish it had been a tad higher for “good” rating, but everything else in good condition and as specified.

After some initial unresponsiveness and miscommunication from the seller about whether expedited shipping was available, phone arrived quickly and in the condition described.

I did receive the phone. However the battery constantly dies. Is there anyway to get a replacement battery
