Heavier scratches on the back than expected. It did not come charged and it was at 86% battery life. Not in great shape.

Item received within good time frame. However. Phone was LOOSE and rattling around in packaging when USPS handed it to me. Very poor packaging for shopping a phone.

I have to hold the phone just perfectly or people say it sounds like I am talking into a pillow. Looked good seems to work good but phone calls, hearing and speaking is not great.

Screen had a gouge in it. Seller would not exchange. It was a gift and my daughter ended up not wanting to deal with it. Phone was otherwise fine.

Item did not initially ship within the stated time frame, so I had to contact the seller directly to initiate the process. Actual shipping on my item was extremely quick. Once received, I found that the item did not function with my particular SIM, which I then requested to return, without much hassle. My item shipped and it's receipt was confirmed by parcel tracking. Item description showed refund would process 2-5 days after receipt, but after the 7th day I had to message the seller again to confirm the receipt of my return and get my refund. Communications were friendly enough, but there seemed to be a lack of initiative in getting the ball rolling on various stages of my purchase.

Decent phone. Quite dirty in all the ports. Could have been cleaned. I do wish I could have seen a legit picture of the exact phone. The battery condition was never stated. I checked it and it’s 80% life capacity.
Other than that, I’d rate the phone and experience 7/10

Screen have a few (10+) dead pixels but only seen in white screen other then is ok
