Claimed phone was unlocked and sent phone that was locked to T-Mobile. Phone also did not match the description of the condition and had significantly worse scratches than described. I will not order another phone from this company

NOT UNLOCKED!

The phone was supposed to be water proof. The screen went out on a little splash of water. The seemed to be a replacement screen, in addition it had a large scratch should had been labeled as fair and not good condition.

I bought an unlock iPhone but when I try to get it turned on it says it needs to be unlocked and I’ve been texting the seller n he want txt back

Would not buy from this seller again. READ THIS CAREFULLY: 1) I found there out-of-sight A+ description to misrepresent the quality of the device: the phone they sent me had 5 dents and 2 scratches on the screen; 2) home button was loose so I took the phone to an Apple store where they told me the screen had been replaced with a non original one; 3) phone case was bent. Bottom line: ALWAYS ASK THESE QUESTIONS before buying from ANY seller: has the screen ever been replaced? is the device bent? what is the battery health percentage? and have them post pictures of all corners.

Battery doesn't last long. Poor sound quality. This device lags a lot. It's slow. Don't buy.

Phone was defective which might have been an oversight accident.

I’m not sure what the deal Is but this phone has a bad modem already. I’ve used it for maybe three or four days and now I can’t make any phone calls. I’ve never had an iPhone do this

Phone arrived in a timely manner. Phone was as described and functioned as expected, with one disappointing exception. The loudspeaker is blown out. Sound is distorted and bottom end is gone. I know what an iPhone speaker should sound like, and this is not it. I will need to pay to have it replaced. Perhaps you could train your testers to determine not only if the speaker produces sound, but whether it produces a full range of sound - as good as it did when new.

The condition of the item I received is worse than the description. The description indicated 1~2 dents and minor scratches, but there are DEEP SCRATCHES that COMPLETELY scrapes out the OUTER RIM of the CAMERA.
The fingerprint sensor is in good condition. However, the battery health is only 83%, which is much lower than a normal "good condition" product.
