I purchased a Samsung Galaxy S8 on Swappa from seller Pangea_Deals on Oct 23rd 2019 for 198.00. By February 9th 2020. The device stopped working completely. When I reached out to Pangea_Deals they stated: "Please know that our system does not allow replacements or exchanges and we only offered 90 days return period for devices purchased before 12/12/2020." My suggestion stay away from this company if you're looking to purchase a devise.
Never received the device, probably lost by Fedex, only the shipper can raise a claim, they only raised a investigation case and then told me they can no longer help me. Never seen that

The volume on this device is extremely low. Not satisfactory. I would like a full refund.
Received promptly and looks great- BUT loses charge at 1% every 2 minutes and was described as unlocked but came locked. Waiting to hear back and due to their other responses I'm hopeful for a good outcome but it's an annoying inconvenience and sounds like semi-regular issues that I think they should adjust their inspections to include checks for.
Phone was not as described. Had screen burn.
i need to return this. the battery drains incredibly fast. this is an unusable phone. its one percentage a minute drop, and this is after I battery optimized and turned on power saver. how do i return?
First they "accidentally" refunded my money, then they had me resubmit it, and after doing so then they refunded again because they tell me they didn't even have the phone in the first place! I'm still waiting for my money back from the first refund, now have to wait for the second one so I can purchase a phone elsewhere!. These businesses should check their inventory before taking people's money and inconveniencing the buyer like this.
I purchased the phone on a Sunday and the seller not only didn't even HAVE the phone but didn't tell me until Wednesday after I sent several requests for a status update. It put me in an extremely tough position since my phone was stolen Saturday. I had to order another one which has yet to arrive so I've been without a phone for a week now.
