the shipper was quick and responsive, and shipped quick. the phone was a little dirtier and had some wierdness for being Mint, but otherwise everything functions fine so far. WOULD buy from seller again in the future.
Box used for shipment was too small.

Return & Refund Policies
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, with all account locks removed (including iCloud, Find My iPhone, and Google accounts).
A 15% restocking fee may apply to approved returns.
Orders placed with an incorrect shipping address that require cancellation will be subject to a 5% cancellation fee.
If an order is canceled after payment has been processed, a 5% PayPal processing fee will be deducted from the refund.
