Upon receiving, phone was not unlocked as advertised/described in listing. Seller offered to unlock it if I would return it at seller's expense.

The phone was listed as mint condition but there was a small scratch on the screen. This should have been disclosed properly. Other than the scratch, the phone works perfectly fine.

Orders are processed and shipped within one business day of purchase. Please note that we are closed on weekends and holidays, so orders placed during those times will be shipped the next business day.
Return & Refund Policies
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, with all account locks removed (including iCloud, Find My iPhone, and Google accounts).
A 15% restocking fee may apply to approved returns.
Orders placed with an incorrect shipping address that require cancellation will be subject to a 5% cancellation fee.
If an order is canceled after payment has been processed, a 5% PayPal processing fee will be deducted from the refund.
All sales are final and binding once completed.
