I received a blocklisted phone that was not detected by Swappa's system, and only after many calls with the T-Mobile, they told me that it was blocklisted. That alone is not the seller's fault. However, the seller made it harder on me by arguing with me and tried to make me pay for return shipping, despite the fact that I sent screenshots, pictures, and FAQs. They only listened to Swappa staff.

Shipping Policies
Orders are processed and shipped within one business day of purchase. Please note that we are closed on weekends and holidays, so orders placed during those times will be shipped the next business day.
Return & Refund Policies
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in the same condition as received, with no locks (iCloud, Find My iPhone, or Google account) remaining on the device.
A 15% restocking fee may apply to returned items.
Orders placed with an incorrect address that need to be canceled will incur a 4.5% cancellation fee.
If an order is canceled after payment, a 4.5% PayPal processing fee will be deducted from the refund.
All sales are considered final and binding.
