I received a blocklisted phone that was not detected by Swappa's system, and only after many calls with the T-Mobile, they told me that it was blocklisted. That alone is not the seller's fault. However, the seller made it harder on me by arguing with me and tried to make me pay for return shipping, despite the fact that I sent screenshots, pictures, and FAQs. They only listened to Swappa staff.

BEWARE | Back camera does not work, I ordered a phone in “mint condition”, yet this is a not even “good condition” with the pre-existing hardware issue. Seller did not fully check this phone before sending me it. I highly doubt Swappa will refund me, so save your time and your money. | BEWARE

Shipping Policies
Orders are processed and shipped within one business day of purchase. Please note that we are closed on weekends and holidays, so orders placed during those times will be shipped the next business day.
Return & Refund Policies
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, with all account locks removed (including iCloud, Find My iPhone, and Google accounts).
A 15% restocking fee may apply to approved returns.
Orders placed with an incorrect shipping address that require cancellation will be subject to a 5% cancellation fee.
If an order is canceled after payment has been processed, a 5% PayPal processing fee will be deducted from the refund.
All sales are final and binding once completed.
