There are a decent amount of swirls and imperfections on the screen itself, which was a bit disappointing for a "good" condition item but the shipment was quick and the device is in otherwise good condition

Seller indeed provided a good product. My only gripe was a picky one; the screen cover/protector wasn't laid on flat and had dust and bubbles, BUT great phone quality! Also, for anyone who needs to know, OnePlus Open are not compatible with AT&T's FirstNet SIM cards. The regular AT&T SIMs are good, though. I recommend the seller.

Orders are processed and shipped within one business day of purchase. Please note that we are closed on weekends and holidays, so orders placed during those times will be shipped the next business day.
Return & Refund Policies
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, with all account locks removed (including iCloud, Find My iPhone, and Google accounts).
A 15% restocking fee may apply to approved returns.
Orders placed with an incorrect shipping address that require cancellation will be subject to a 5% cancellation fee.
If an order is canceled after payment has been processed, a 5% PayPal processing fee will be deducted from the refund.
All sales are final and binding once completed.
