Talk about fast shipping! Real Authentic phone and not a clone. I just had a bad experience with Pricefalls who has a vendor (EZ offer inc) that when phones are not in stock he buys his phones from other vendors and my phone turned out to be a FAKE Iphone6s. The Phone I just purchased through Coconutech LLC was as described and I am very satisfied. I will definitely recommend to my friends and would be willing to do business with them again. Thank you!

Shipping Policies

** Same day shipping if ordered and paid before 2pm EST (business day) **
If you haven't met our cut off time, we will ship your device in the next business day.

We ship with USPS First-class -> 2 to 5 business days depending where you are in the US

If you'd like to receive your item faster with USPS Priority -> 1 to 3 business days, please contact us. An additional charge of $10 will be due for handling/shipping.

Return & Refund Policies

We believe in fairness and we don't want our customers to have a device they don't like. We know how frustrating it is when you get an item that does not correspond with what you wanted. Returns happens in very rare occasions, but when they do, here is our policy:

Where the device doesn't match the description of the listing or where there is a defect not otherwise specified by us, please let us know within 3 calendar days of receiving the device. We will provide you with a shipping label and a full refund upon receiving the device back. No fees or charges of any kind will apply.
