The only bad buying experience I've ever had was from this seller. Phone was advertised as "mint" but arrived with dings, dents, and even a broken button. Seller did eventually provide a refund but was often slow to respond until I alerted Swappa staff. The whole process took a month and I'll never order from this buyer again.

Subject: iPhone Not as Described – Requesting Return and Refund
Hi,
I purchased an iPhone 14 plus, but the device I received is not as described in the listing. There are noticeable dents on the phone, and the charging cable included is not an original Apple accessory.
These issues were not mentioned or shown in the listing, and the condition does not meet the expectations based on what was advertised.
I’ve attached images clearly showing the dents and the non-original charger.
Given the discrepancies, I would like to return the device and request a full refund. Please let me know the return process and next steps.

- We accept returns up to 14 days after the sale for any reason as long as the phone is returned in the exact same condition as delivered
- If there are issues with the (Cosmetic or functional issues), we will issue a return label
- If the phone is returned due to buyer’s remorse or any other reason, there will be $35 restocking fee + a 2.9% paypal charge that will not be refunded
- To return the device, you need to send a message on the sale page and get an RMA number and shipping address. No returns are accepted without a valid RMA #
- All devices returned must be free of icloud, find my iphone and user pass code locks. No return can be processed if the device is not reset to factory settings
