Sellers have two full business days to ship. Make sure to discuss paying for expedited shipping on the sale page if needed. Keep in mind that shipping companies do run into delays during the holidays that could lead to longer-than-average shipments.
If a seller ships the device within our required shipping time and it arrives as advertised but did not make it to you before Christmas, this is NOT a valid reason for a return.
Sales around this time of year tend to be gifts. Make sure to ship devices in a timely manner. Remember, our shipping policy requires that the device be shipped within two business days.
