There is a issue with iPhone where audio doesn't work. Have rest the iPhone multiple times so am certain it is a hardware issue

My mistake by buying the wrong model, but responses to resolve situation were slow and I was told I was going to get an exchange for the correct one, all I needed to do was pay the return shipping. Until the very last moment when they received the phone, I was told they no longer had the phone in stock. My money was refunded, but only for the initial transaction, I was not reimbursed for the return shipping. If you promise a device, reserve it to send it. Or assure that you have the correct model in stock.

Falsely advertised product. The description read that this phone was already unlocked however when I insert an international sim car the phone says “SIM INVALID”

I got the phone today, but I found out the battery percentage is not as described on the website. On the website, it said that it won't be lower than 80%. The phone here is 78% as I checked. I am very disappointed.
I need a good explanation from the seller, and talk about refund,exchange, or other possibility. Thank you
