Brinoy was helpful and professional - looking up the compatibility of the phone with my carrier before purchase.
However, I'm personally displeased with the outcome of the phone not being compatible with my carrier. It was hard to notice the fine print that this specific found had to be unlocked to work with PagePlus - a carrier that normally accepts Verizon phones. (And, after purchasing, I learned that Verizon has decided to no longer unlock non-prepaid devices.)
Regardless, I understand why, and respect that, Brinoy chose to not allow a return. I would still do business with Brinoy in the future.
