I would give this two stars, which doesn't seem to be a choice. The seller sent the phone in a timely way. FedEx from his location was not timely, having nothing to do with a needed change to a store delivery here on the day it was to arrive, something he claimed. When it arrived I could not use it because of a strong perfumy scent on the phone causing an allergic reaction. Nothing was said about this possibility in the description.

I needed to return it. The phone amount was refunded promptly by the seller. A PayPal Friends & Family refund of my return shipping amount was requested by the seller and done, however, after a very long call to PayPal I learned that it cannot be refunded to the credit card. It needs to be spent on another PayPal transaction. I do not recommend using this F&F method of refund.
