Seller said that the screen is fine, no scratch and there’s a screen protector film. When I peel off the film, there are multiple scratches on the screen.

This being my first SWAPPA purchase, the experience wasn't as good as I thought it would be. The item received wasn't as described in the listing. Instead of 128GB, the iPad Air 2 received was a 64GB. As against going through the hassle of returning the item, I opted to resolve the issue by accepting a small refund. It is expected that the seller and the SWAPPA team ensures basic accuracy while describing the item for sale.
