The Good:

1. The device shows no signs of wear and appears on the outside to be mint condition.

The Not-So-Good:

1. The water damage indicators are red. This could be from something as mundane as leaving the phone in the bathroom when the shower is running or because it was fully submerged in water.
2. The Otterbox included was not the Defender Case. It was the Commuter Case which is a $10 cheaper case than the defender.

I had cracked my screen and my battery was dying...this phone has a clean screen and a good battery so I'm happy with the sale.
