Horrible seller. Device was described as mint condition and I received a defective device with a broken SIM slot so it could not be used as a phone. The device also had water damage so the warranty was voided and the seller would not work at all to resolve the situation, he immediately dismissed any sort of problems as buyers remorse and then refused to communicate with me or the Swappa staff so I could not even return the device or get a refund. Avoid this seller at all costs.

This was a beautiful transaction. The phone was described as "mint," and other than being rooted and not having the you're-gonna-die-if-you-text-in-a-car sticker on the screen(still had the protective wrap on the bezel, though! Whaaat? Awesome), it could have just come off the assembly line.

All questions were answered promptly and information was presented without even having to ask. I purchased on a Saturday evening, he said he'd mail it the following Monday. Less than four days from purchase to trying to figure out why I keep buying such ridiculously huge phones.

I wouldn't hesitate to purchase from him again. If he is offering a phone you want, buy it. You won't be disappointed.

It came with some defects including bright pixels particularly noticeable with black backgrounds. Seller denied the defects. It could NOT load those apps from the BB' App World and seller provided no help and only refer me to resolve with BB. Not a +ve seller..
