Photos were accurate but when I went to get the eSIM activated by my carrier, they could not activate it. They got a message that said, "Device is on loan and blocked for non-payment". After talking to a T-mobile representative and giving them the IMEI, I learned that the phone has a remaining balance of over $500. This was a scam.

Although the phone I purchased was not the right fit, the seller was responsive and easy to work with.
