Phone arrived damaged. Seller was reluctant to take return despite the insurance being by him/her for his/her device. Finally accepted a return via debate about Swappa policy. Seller started a refund but never completed it and I have had to escalate to a Paypal dispute and now a full claim to get my money back.

Complete Scam. Stop doing business with this seller. Save your money and headache.

Had a deal with this seller about a Galaxy note.He did not shipped the item because of his personal problem.He provided a refund after one week

Refunded buyer rather than fulfill sale.

Phone arrived a day earlier than anticipated via shipping. Wasn't packed too well, but it didn't sustain any damage. It was listed as "good" condition, but I can't really tell that it isn't "new". NO scratches, speakers work fine, and all buttons function perfectly.

So, other than the minor packing issue, everything went beyond what the listing provided.
