Great communication and the phone works as described.
After an initial hiccup, the phone is working wonderfully. I needed to go to Verizon to get a new SIM card, which was a trip I didn't anticipate. If I'd been able to activate right away, I would have given 5 stars. Thanks, Rickey!
Edited to add: I have since found out that it is the buyer's responsibility to have/obtain a SIM card. Rating changed from 4 to 5 stars.
