Received the laptop this afternoon. Came a few days late. However, I do appreciate the communication. The box it came in was broken and ripped on different sides, however the bubble packaging that was wrapped around the laptop seems to have protected it from any actual damage. With a little cleaning, this laptop feels like any other certified refurbished laptop. Thank you!
