As described, it arrived in a leather folio case with the S-Pen factory reset in near perfect condition. The only flaws I could find after cleaning both sides with some alcohol and playing with it for a few hours was a nearly imperceptible 3" long scratch on the upper right corner of the front glass when viewed in Portrait from upper 3rd down vertically (I only caught it after cleaning thoroughly and catching in the right light), and an extremely small 1mm "knick" in the glass next to the right "touch" button that I initially thought was something just stuck to the screen pre-wipedown (important to note this is off the screen!). Side rails and corners were flawless, and the back glass didn't appear to have any significant marks that I could identify. Both of the front glass imperfections are non-issues, and are actually both totally "removed" from sight with a glass screen protector I picked up on Amazon. OLED has no burn-in that I can find either!

Item received as described. Yes it seemed new, but I think the iPad was a new refurb, and that's okay with me.
