Seller was too nice to give me a good deal and sent the phone the next day. The phone arrived as described, except for the storage size, but I received it at the right time. The phone works perfectly after a few days of using it. All in all, I had a great experience with the Seller.

The phone was as described. The accessories in the listing were included and in good condition. Turnaround to ship the item was quick. Packaging was good to protect the items.

AVOID! Seller never shipped the phone and was unresponsive even after Swappa staff intervened; I ended up having to open a case with Paypal to get my money back.

Phone was in good condition however could not activate it with Verizon even though it was sold as Verizon phone

Listed as mint with no scratches but there were light scratches on the screen. They don't show up with a screen protector so it's good enough for me. Shipping was quick.

Works well and is in good condition

I purchased this phone on October 31st 2023. I still have not received it as of January 19th. This is ridiculous. I would not use this seller if I were you. If you try to report a problem they just act like they won't do anything about it and like it's your fault. I've been trying to get my money back for months.
