Kalvin

After several confusing hiccups with UPS’s shipping practices, I finally received the computer nearly a week after originally anticipated. Upon arrival, I had issues trying to get it set up for my use (hadn’t been wiped clean, asked for a temporary password that I didn’t have). Once I finally got logged into it, I discovered that instead of the 1TB advertised, it was only 256GB. A partial refund was issued, and the computer now works great for me. That partial will be used to purchase external data storage to compensate for the 1/4 sized hard drive. Kalvin was very responsive to email communications, and short of actually swapping the computers out, handled things fairly well. Accidents happen, and the shipping delays were not Kalvin’s fault. Kalvin made the effort to get the computer in the mail before Christmas, as in it was in the hands of UPS before noon Christmas Eve.
