The first phone had a software glitch that caused it to keep restarting. The seller was quick to fix the situation and resent another phone at no charge. Furthermore, I had made a comment about the packaging of the first phone arriving opened so the second package came reinforced. The seller handled the situations great and I would gladly buy from them again. Problems arise and this seller handled them flawlessly.
