Good Phone, fast shipping, excellent seller

I believed that I was going to at least get a charger with the phone, but they sent me just the phone, which I thought was a little strange (and had to purchase a charger sparately, so I ended up not saving that much money from using the website). Other than that, the phone is in great shape, you can’t see any scratches, very well taken care of.

Phone didn't function. Seller was irresponsible and rude. Even Swappa staff sent me an email and told me I should reflect the seller's behavior in my feedback.
The phone came defective due to a tech bug (realized 2 months later by the time it was already returned). However, since it didn't work for me, I returned it. As per Swappa policy, seller was to pay for return shipping and insurance. They refused and bickered back and forth with both me and Swappa, taking personal shots at me and my financial decisions. They claimed that my shipping charge was too expensive since I went with Fedex, but they never requested nor clarified at all any mention that they wanted me to ship through USPS or a more inexpensive brand. This was their argument for 50/50 split.

Communication on the sale thread was extremely unprofessional. After Swappa intervened a few times and suspended the account, the seller agreed to pay full shipping.
