The laptop came in great condition and works great. I found that out of the box there was no charger and Win 11 was not fully installed. There were no drivers installed for the wireless card either. I found that I had to connect a docking station with an Ethernet port to the home router and then USB-C to the thunderbolt port on the laptop to get an internet connection. Only then was I able to download a wireless driver from the HP website to then update the rest of the HP drivers from HP’s support portal and subsequently update Windows. Overall we’re thrilled with the laptop. The performance is fantastic and cosmetically there are no issues. My only comment is that the Out of Box Experience wasn’t what it should have been. Otherwise it was a very positive experience. Thanks Brandon!
