Device was not as described. It had some screen issues - lcd connector is loose. weird horizontal lines at the bottom of the screen. Wrote some comments with pictures, the seller never replied. Not going to waste my time on it. I'll keep the device.

The device I ordered arrived quickly and in very good condition. Everything functions as if it's brand new, however I received ZERO communication from the seller during the sale. No shipping or tracking information, answers to my questions about updates on the phone, nothing.

The condition of the phone was as described, but the device itself was not a pure SM-G920T. It was clearly a T-Mobile branded G920T. It was even still locked to T-Mobile and had a T-Mobile SIM card in it. Fortunately, the IMEI is good and T-Mobile makes it easy to unlock phones. I also possess the knowledge to load alternate firmware onto a Samsung phone using Odin, which was necessary for me to do to make this work with my carrier. The whole reason I wanted to buy a pure SM-G920T was to avoid all of this extra hassle and element of uncertainty. A simple restart of the phone would have indicated to the seller that it was a T-Mobile phone inasmuch as you get the T-Mobile chime when it powers on.

Shipping was fast, so far device looks in great condition and performance as well.

Small dent on back that was impossible to see in pictures, and battery doesn't seem to charge efficiently, however the overall condition of the phone is pretty spotless!
