Phone is in perfect working condition. Cosmetically, the phone is better than GREAT... it could almost be new!!

Not thrilled it didn't come with the manufacturer's original charger (but it works, none the less)... and I wouldn't call the charger and cable 'EXTRAS'... I would say those are EXPECTED and REQUIRED items.

Item bought was not as detailed. Product had water damage so it wouldn't hold it's charge and drained the battery in 2 hours from just sitting out and not using it.

The first smartphone's screen was not working properly; however, Mark provided great service by sending me a second working smartphone and a shipping label to return the original. This was my first purchase on swappa, went great. Fast shipping, great communication. Would definitely buy again!

I was a bit worried that the moisture indicator had been removed from the phone, but seller offered to swap it out or give me a longer return policy. I opted for the second option and the phone was activated and seems to be working. Cosmetically was pristine.

WOW, what can I say except that if you're buying from SWAPPA then by all means buy from Mark H. I had problems registering the phone with the TING Co. and Mark went above and way beyond what I expected of him by getting the phone working to his satisfaction before sending it back to me. When I received it back today all I had to do was to turn it on and start making calls!
