All the selling process went smoothly and the phone was in immaculate condition. The reason I am rating 3 stars is because the seller did not disclose the phone was originally from middle east which means there are some social apps such as FaceTime that can never be added to the device, even after for it at apple customer support team.

I am very happy with my purchase! I received it very fast, as they promised, and the phone was exactly as they described it too, awesome website and seller!

Display got faulty!

I had checked it when I received, and it was fine then. I wasn't using it, as I had purchased it for a friend. But today, as I switched it on, there were vertical lines all over the display, and touch screen was responding in a weird way. I have not even been using it. There hasn't been any accident with this phone. There is no sign of damage on the phone, but still the display is all messed up, and I can't use it. Please respond. This gives a very bad impression, and makes me doubt if the product is legit, as I never mishandled it.

Arrived just as noted. Better than near mint condition, didn't notice a thing! Checked IMEI on TMobile site, was indeed was paid in full. No problem getting an unlock code and will be using with AT&T. Received 2 days after purchasing! Just in time for the weekend to play around with it and get acclimated! Responded quickly. This phone is great. it was only a 15 minute activation at T-Mobile! this phone looks brand new instead of "almost mint" . I would definitely recommend this seller!

Phone was as described. Original packagine was included. Plastic had been peeled off and put back on but the phone was perfect and has been working perfectly since I purchased it a few weeks ago. I trust this seller and would purchase again.

I received the phone promptly. It is in good condition as stated. The phone works fine. Some scratches on the screen that were not mentioned in the listing and perhaps I should have asked, but none show up when the screen is on and I am perfectly OK with it. I will be using on Ting as my work phone so it is all good.
A good phone at a fair price.

This was my first time using Swappa.
Pros: The phone was shipped promptly and arrived in excellent condition.
Cons: the listing said it would include an OEM charger. The OEM (original device manufacturer) charger for this model is a Samsung 2Amp (10 Watt) unit. I received an LG-branded charger that only puts out 0.7 Amp (3.5 Watt). This is 1/3 of the power of the OEM Samsung version, and will not keep the phone charged up on a one hour phone call. The seller was not cooperative despite several polite requests on my part for the proper charger. She was willing to send out a return authorization for the entire $275 phone if that was what I wanted to do, but not send me the correct charger that can be bought for less than $10 on eBay. I guess we have different ideas about what the terms "customer service" and "truth in advertising" mean.
