Responsive even after he got the payment. Shipped 1 day later than initially promised but was still very prompt. Probably this was due to my own ignorance, but I did not know I would need to get a new SIM card for the phone from Verizon. This necessitated a lengthy support call and visit to the store before my phone could be functional. Very happy with the shape the phone is in and the ROM.
