This was my first transaction on swappa and unfortunately very bad experience. The seller listed Galaxy S6 edge phone (Unlocked) model G9250, instead I received G925P which is Sprint version of the phone and doesn't work correctly with GSM providers. Seller was highly non cooperative and rude. Didn't want to admit his fault, not even one word of apology.. Seller rejected to send me a prepaid shipping label, even after Swappa management explained to him that it's his responsibility based on Swappa policy. Additionally, Swappa put seller's active listings on hold while resolving this transaction. I had to open PayPal dispute and escalate it to PayPal. Finally, after sending phone back on my own expense, I got my refund from the seller and seller refunded money spent on return shipping, but all this after long rounds of disagreement. I ended up losing my time going through all this stress. I wish this all could be done differently and easily.
Swappa management did it's job well.

Seller is incredibly dishonest and deceptive. I am now, via PayPal, in the process of trying to get my money back, that he refuses to give, even after receiving his phone back. He has not even offered a resolution; somehow he assumes his phone and my money are both his.

Phone was originally listed as ready to use. It actually had an outstanding balance that the phone company told me about and Swappa staff apologized for letting it go through, as they stated he has a track record of doing that. Seller also listed phone as having scratches, but once the phone was returned, he complained that it had a scratch. Birds fly and fish swim. Horrible, horrible business. Pure scammer.

Received the phone on time and very smooth transaction, phone was in excellent condition as advertised.

Satisfied with phone and shipping speed. Seller included original box for device in all of the pictures in the listing but did not include box with phone and then claimed that he never stated in listing it was included... Then why include it in pictures?

I received the phone and it worked great, then I reset some settings and locked my phone. I contacted the seller and they were able to fix it. The time and patients that went into the process from the seller was above and beyond. I am so pleased with the new device and would recommend using his services.

Seller pulled device from sale after the sale closed. Disappointed. Lost a day waiting to replace a phone that bricked. My first sale on Swappa. Hopefully not all are like this...
