Abysmal seller. Phone was a dud and could not get seller to refund after return. Had to open a case w/ PayPal. Avoid this deadbeat like the plague.

The seller said that all the functions of the phone are working. The phone has obvious signs of hacking. The screws are loose. The display is not original. The display is broken and lights up in the lower left corner. True Tone does not work. The phone is not in good condition, as described by the seller.

I received the phone last week. I started to use it this week with a phone case and screen protector. Yesterday, the screen started to malfunction while I was texting. The keyboard would switch to numbers and letters and the screen would also switch back and forth without tapping. I took it to the apple store for diagnosis. They told the phone has water damage, indicated by the red color inside the phone once the sim card is removed. I have informed Swappa of the findings and would like a refund of the phone with the seller paying for the shipping.
