I purchased the phone on January 17th. I t arrived around a week later and I was happy with the purchase until I received a text from my wireless provider early last week informing me the phone i was using had been reported lost or stolen from an other provider. neither i or Swappa was able to get a response from this seller. I was able to get a refund and will be more careful on who i purchase my next phone from.

Quite satisfied! First time buying a phone from 3rd party. Seller provided the phone promptly; was notably responsive by going over and beyond to make sure buyer's needs were met. Functioning / Condition of phone met mint standard too (even though found a small screen scratch a screen protector later purchased made that disappear and while offered at a fair price with overall perfect body condition I say it bumps up/passes for Mint!
