I would like to give zero star rating as this seller was horrible at everything. The phone did not work as described it took 2 weeks to get them to reply back to my concern it took another 2 weeks to get an answer on what we could do to fix the issue. I then did a paypal dispute that ended up messing up and not being escalated. The seller finally told me to send the phone back for full refund. Once the phone got there its was then another week before I could get the seller to provide me with my refund and at that time the seller lied about the front of the phone being heavily damaged which the phone was not as I have the proof before I shipped it back to them so they charged me a $40 fee so did not get my full refund. I then emailed them back telling them this sending them proof and I have never got a reply back from them. Now I'm again in the process of getting my $40 back. Stay away from this seller. The phone was checked by the carrier and it was in fact the phone issue.

I bought this iPhone which is advertised as NEW. However, the screen cracked without any reason and we I took it to apple to get it fixed, they reject it because it didn't have Apple's genuine parts. After being opened, it looks like it was refurbished with cheap parts. Also, the mic was failing ever since we bought but didn't complain because I didn't care that much, now I know why.

AVOID THIS SELLER. They listed the phone as new and when I needed it repaired the Apple Store informed me that it contained non-Apple parts. That means the phone was neither new or genuine. I tried contacting the seller through Swappa and you can see the one response below with a useless "I'm sorry" reply. The seller has not responded to inquiries from PayPal and the BBB. It is clear that the seller has no intention of standing by the products they sell.

The initial device they sent didn't work properly, and Verizon said it looked like one of their store model phones, which requires reloading the OS. The seller was highly responsive, asking me to send the unit back, refunding our shipping charges, and getting another one promptly sent out. The new one works beautifully. Great seller.

The condition is as expected, and it works fine. It was compkete. The only star for held back is that the seller used the full time allotted to ship the phone. It is within the rules, but a faster than required turnaround would have meant the 5th star.
