Fast shipping and the phone is as described. A+

Good Phone, came in great condition. Shipping felt slow and while there was an AC adapter no cable was included. Since this was my first Apple product I had none on hand.
Roger was very helpful with some technical issues I ran into and communicated with me even over the weekend. Helped me a lot.

The device (LG G4) was actually near mint, and it was nearly impossible to see the mark he saw on the back cover of the phone. Communication could have been better; the shipping information was problematic, but difficult to determine how that happened. Received the device 6 days after payment. Satisfied with the purchase, but marginally pleased with the process. Overall, I believe the seller gave accurate information about the phone, but needs to improve the timeliness and quality of communication. 4/5 stars

Late arrival time for the item because seller did not mail it when promised (several days after the purchase), then it was a day later than promised. Also the "original" box was not delivered with the iPhone, a different box with another IMEI number on it was deleivered.
