Not prompt at all. Stated that he would ship out same day or the next if payment was in within 2 hours then made me wait 3-4 days to even respond. After finally getting everything sorted, the phone was apparently "scratched" by FedEx while packaging it. He probably found a place where he could sell it for more but I don't fault him for that. Good on him for a speedy refund. 3 stars.
