Absolutely terrible experience. The MacBook Pro I received is not usable. It shuts down sporadically throughout the day. The root cause of the issue is a faulty logic board (and possibly a defective third-party battery). I brought this to the seller's attention within a week. His response was that the laptop is sold "as is" and that he's under no obligation to accept a return or assist with a repair. I've sold more things than I can count via peer-to-peer online marketplaces. I can't imagine not accepting a return for something that I sold which turned out to be completely broken.
This MacBook Air is in excellent condition. Everything has been working great so far. I reformatted the drive to the latest MacOS and it is functioning like new. The sale was completed in a timely manner and went smoothly. Shipping speed was excellent.
