Phone came with a chipped screen when it was advertised as "Mint" meaning no signs of wear or tear. Also listing stated it was Brand New Just Opened. Contacted seller and he admitted he had used it some. I told him I could probably work with it but after a few days of thinking about it and a change of plans with my phone service, i requested a return. He refused saying i had activated the phone, which was not true. I simply wanted to return it as my phone situation changed and also because i felt it was falsely advertised with having the chipped screen. Forgot to mention the chip was not pictured or mentioned in the add. However seller refused to work with me. Was rather disappointed. I personally will not buy from this seller again.
