I can only rate the seller as to delivering what they said and super fast. I have not used the phone yet as I don't have the correct sim yet. The phone looks new and came as shown in photos. I even checked the serial number on apple's site and sure enough the warranty is as they described.

The item arrived as described (the screen was practically flawless), and they even included a little charger brick and a cable... nice touch! We hit a bit of a snag at first with delivery, but bearing in mind that their charity organization utilizes volunteers, I was willing to make an exception. The seller was receptive, and responded to and immediately addressed any issue. I couldn't be happier with the product.

We are very happy with the phone. It was shipped right away and was very easy to track. It arrived in the condition pictured and described in the post.

I would give 0-stars if I could. The only positive part of this transaction is that it's finally over 17 days later.

This was frankly a terrible buying experience. I received broken phone pieces instead of the phone, charger, and case ordered. The seller took their time responding to messages on Swappa, was unreachable by phone, and had myriad excuses as to why they were slow to provide a resolution. The excuses I received included: they were on vacation, they were robbed, they aren't a business, and my item was sent to someone else.

In the end, the only resolution came from a claim through PayPal. I had hoped to purchase a phone for my wife and thought that purchasing from a charity would be a nice thing to do. I would not recommend this seller under any circumstance. Buyer beware.
