Poor communication with the seller. No complaints with the item. The condition was as described and works great. Also came with a controller case which wasn’t advertised so that was a nice surprise.

Everything was received in the condition described. And so far, no issues have been had with the console since receiving it and testing it out. Had a minor hiccup regarding the tracking of the shipment but other than that it was straightforward and the seller was transparent and communicative. Good experience overall.
