Tech Magnet

The iPhone I received was supposed to be in “Good” condition, but there is a
large dent in the back, and some “hot spots” on the screen that discolor the display. These defects sound like they should put the phone in the “Fair” or “Poor” category.

The item was not as described. The laptop had a stuck pixel and the warranty was used. When I brought to the sellers attention, the seller made the accusation that I caused the stuck pixel by mishandling. When I returned the laptop they wanted me wait 7 to 10 days for refund. Swappa told them repeatedly to refund me. I had to file a dispute with PayPal. It was very weird to treat a customer this way. I hope they learn from this and get there customer service together. Will not buy anything from them again!!! Very arrogant and condescending and difficult to deal with.
